Reflexion 2021, an intra-college literary, fine arts and cultural extravaganza organized at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Ghumar Mandi kicked off to a very colourful start here today. The new faces were also welcomed as they got to experience their first ever official fresher’s party Aagman 2021
The day was marked with events like Fresher’s contest, Singing, Dancing, PowerPoint Presentation, Creative Writing, Collage making, Poster Making, Quiz, Poem Recitation, Rangoli, Declamation, still Photography, Salad Making and Mehndi. About 300 students from BCA, BBA, B.Com, BMS( Hotel Management), B.Sc( Fashion Technology), MBA, MCA participated and showcased their skills in various events.
The colourful Rangoli and beautifully crafted mehndi won many hearts. Students participating in still photography moved around every nook and corner of the campus to capture wide smiles and grins for their theme “SMILE”. The students of Event Collage making came out with beautiful and inspirational creations on the theme “Success”. The budding cartoonists came out with hilarious cartoons on the theme “Selfie Culture”. The event PowerPoint Presentations showcased a perfect combination of communication skills , technology and expressions.
Dr. SP Singh, President, GKEC and Former VC, GNDU and S Arvinder Singh, General Secretary, GKEC in his message congratulated the students on the start of their new journey. He further added the beauty of college life is in recreational activities and becoming part of it proactively.
Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT said that such platforms enabled students to develop and blossom into total personalities. He welcomed new students and motivated them to work on overall personality development.
Dr. Harpreet Singh, Principal, GGNIMT congratulated the participants on their enthusiastic participation. He further added that life is filled with challenges. The only way to prepare yourself is through active participation.
