“Striving for excellence is trying to do your best and a little more ”,  advised Global Trainer and Mentor Asit Ghosh , during a webinar on  “ Alignment for Excellence” at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Civil Lines, Ludhiana. “We as humans always dream of fame, success, and growth. We struggle all our lives to reach our highest potential in personal, professional and academic areas, yet, most of us are not aware of how one can be successful and can achieve excellence in all that we undertake. It is with this objective that Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology, (GGNIMT) Civil Lines, organized its 102nd Webinar on ‘Alignment for Excellence’., Prof. Manjit S Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT while welcoming Mr. Asit Ghosh emphasised that “It is important for us to know about and also practice on the mantras that lead to excellence as otherwise  we may remain mediocre, leading to self-doubts and frustration. He hoped that guidelines shared by Asit would motivate the students to aspire for and also achieve excellence”.

While addressing the gathering, Mr. Asit Ghosh, globally recognized behavioral specialist and wellness facilitator asserted that “personal excellence is a lifelong process of developing mental, emotional and transcendental skills to do better and better in all aspects of our lives”. He explained the true essence of excellence through diverse anecdotes and illustrations. He also emphasized that, “excellence is a choice, a decision that people make for themselves and if they want to excel, they must own it”. He stated that living a life of excellence demands considerable effort, but at the same time it is rewarding and also gives one energy to keep up with the good work. He advised the participants to strive for blended and balanced effort in the areas of brain, heart and conscience for synergies that lead to excellence. Dr. Parvinder Singh, Principal, GGNIMT thanked Mr. Asit Ghosh for sharing the strategies to excel in life. He hoped that students would have realized that excellence is neither an accident, or a quick fix, nor an isolated skill, but it needs to imbibed as an attitude for holistic change, leading to their personal and professional success.
