The junior batches of Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management & Technology (GGNIMT), Civil Lines organized a Farewell Party: Rukhsat -2023 to bid adieu to the senior batches. A team of Shrey Sharma and Manmeet Kaur accorded a warm welcome to the seniors. This was followed by a series of cultural items performed by the students. The scintillating duet dance by Gunjan and Dikshita from B.Com 2 had the audience enthralled. Arshdeep of BBA 4 and Ramanpreet from B.Com 6 sang a medley of film songs. Sarabdhian Singh and Satnam Singh of BBA 4 also sang Punjabi songs evoking nostalgia about their stay at GGNIMT. Sagar and Harleen ably anchored the proceedings. Purvee and Neha Tyagi of MBA 4 performed Bollywood medley. Sweety, Simran and Kavita of BCA 6 danced on Hindi Hit Songs. Ritika, Anpurna and Neha from MBA 4 performed Bollywood medley. The students form B.Com 2 performed with high energy on Punjabi Bhangra. The cultural show was followed by a contest for choosing the Mr. & Ms. Farewell and other titles. The final year students walked the ramp in stunning attires & accessories and also answered to thought provoking questions by the judges to claim the coveted titles.
Prof. Manjit Singh Chhabra, Director, GGNIMT appreciated the students for putting up a great show. He motivated the students to work sincerely and passionately to transform their dreams to reality. He wished them good luck for their bright and prosperous future. Principal Dr. Parvinder Singh appreciated the student’s enthusiasm by putting up a great show, as a vibrant farewell party always evokes nostalgia amongst the students. Annapurna of MBA 4, Simran and Vidhushi of MCA 4, Vinay from BCA 6 expressed their gratitude to GGNIMT by proposing a Vote of Thanks.

Mr. Gurjeet Singh of MBA Won the title of Mr. Farewell (PG Category), Ms. Purvee of MBA 4 was declared Ms. Farewell (PG Category). Abhishek of BCA 6 Sem bagged the title as Mr. Farewell (UG Category) and Sweety of BCA 6 sem won the title of Ms. Farewell (UG Category).
Mr.Paras of BBA was declared Mr. Handsome, Ms.Neha of MBA was declared Ms. Beautiful. Mr. Vinay Tiwari of BCA 6 was adjudged Mr. Personality while Ms. Tanya of MCA was declared Ms. Personality. Mankirat Singh of BBA won the title of Mr. Well Dressed. Ashu of MCA was declared Ms. Well Dressed.
