GGNIMT is committed to provide  a suitable enabling  environment to the students with special needs and those from deprived background.Equal Opportunity Cell  of the college is mandated to take the necessary steps in this direction. a few number of students here are persons with disabilities.They are entitled to services provided by the Equal opportunity cell and enabling unit.

The student common room and the ground floor of the college building are wheel chair accessible and it is ensured that the all the classes of these students are held in accessible areas. the college library is equipped for persons with disabilities.The college provides platform for the differently able  students to overcome their limitations and showcase their talents and organizing skills.They are efficiently working as secretary/Treasurer in various activity clubs such as PD/GD/NSS clubs etc. of the institute.
